DJ, Sound Designer, Radio Host, Curator & Founder of Inner City Expressions Host of quarterly regular dance at Tresor - Globus invites & monthly Radio Show at Refuge Worldwide.
Jaxx TMS moves through music with a deep-rooted understanding of rhythm, history and emotion. A Berlin-based DJ, broadcaster and curator, she exists at the intersection of dancefloor energy and sonic storytelling. In the club, Jaxx is drawn to the raw essence of House, Acid, and Deep House – blending deep grooves, rolling basslines and crisp percussions with the soulful energy of the 90s and the forward-thinking textures of today. Her sets carry the grit and euphoria of underground dance music, blending uplifting frequencies with influences from UK and US club culture. Each set is a carefully sculpted journey – designed for movement, release, and connection.
Beyond the club, Jaxx’s musical spirit takes on a different form. As the founder of Inner City Expressions a project that seamlessly bridges music, culture and art and host of Expressions on Refuge Worldwide, she creates spaces dedicated to deep, intentional listening. Her selections flow through warm Jazz harmonies, weighty Dub basslines, ethereal Ambient textures and the rich storytelling of Soul and Breakbeat. Guided by her Caribbean, British and Spanish heritage, she designs experiences that are both intimate and transportive, where listeners are invited to sink into the layers of sound.
Whether behind the booth or shaping immersive listening explorations, Jaxx TMS moves fluidly between worlds – honoring both the pulse of the club and the introspection of deep listening, always with an ear for the unexpected.
Over the years Jaxx TMS developed a keen ear for sound and music, the logical endpoint of that is pursuing her love of audio by producing her own pieces.
Jaxx has worked for Arte Concerts, Azymuth, Boiler Room, Culted, DJOON, GUCCI, Horst Arts & Music, Highsnobiety, JUMBI, Kiosk Radio, Nation of Gondwana, NTS, Mahogany Music, MELT Festival, Open Ground, OHM, Panorama Bar, Pioneer DJ, Rhythm Section, Native Instruments, Rinse FM, The Jazz Cafe, TRESOR, XJazz!Festival and many more.
